Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Yes, but we keep it as low as we can. Minimum order quantity is 6.

Can you originate my design for me?

Yes. There is a one off charge for digitising your design and the price is dependent on the size and intricacy of the logo. Just send us your logo and if possible pantone colour numbers for colour matching, and we will let you have a quotation. We can accept .jpg, .png, .gif, .bmp, .pdf and .eps files.

If I only want the name of my company, do I have to pay for design origination?

If one of our standard fonts is suitable then we will not charge for origination. Contact us for further details.

Can I have an embroidery sample?

An embroidery sample is provided for approval prior to application onto the garments.

How long does my order take to arrive?

Delivery for clothing is normally 7-10 working days from confirmation of order and approval of logo, and for corporate gifts 10-15 days.

An express service is available for clothing on request. Please contact us for details and prices.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery is free for orders over £250 and £8.95 for smaller orders.

Can you do printing?

Yes, we can do full designs in multi colour and single colour names and numbers.
